Purpose:
To raise awareness of breast cancer and money to support JTTC's programs
Attire:
Formal, black tie optional
Tickets:
Tickets are $150 each and participants will be seated at tables of 8.
Space is limited, so sign up early. We accept checks, money orders or paypal.

If traveling, the club is closest to O'Hare Airport (10-15 minutes) and is about 30-40 minutes from Midway Airport. Hotel accommodations can be found in nearby Schaumburg, Illinois.
