The 2005 Giggle raised $15,210 for 10 different charities, with JTTC receiving $1068.00. Hats off to board member Caysie C. for doing a wonderful job of organizing and hosting the event. While there, she made sure she gave more than one heartfelt call for more breast cancer screening.

Mikey O's 2005 Annual Holiday Giggle

Mikey O, comedian extraordinaire, and wonderful person that he is once again invited Journey to the Cure to the 2005 Holiday Giggle. 654 comedy lovers attended the Giggle on Wednesday, December 7th at Joe's on Weed. T.J. Miller was JttC's honorary comedian and did a "Stand Up" job of entertaining the audience.
Board advisor, Kari Ziblut attended all the way from Kansas to help raise awareness, sell bracelets and make sure everyone had a good time. There were many kind people who could not make it to the event, but donated money for tickets to be provided to women at "A Safe Place", a Chicagoland shelter for victims of domestic violence. Thanks to you for your loving generosity; Without it, our journey of love couldn't continue.
